Provision Of Web Site Service
The Site is owned and operated by Yellow Space Limited, whose registered office is at Block 55, King Alfred Street, Apapa, Lagos, Nigeria.

It is our policy to not sell alcohol to anyone under the age of eighteen in accordance with the law or under 21 depending on the residing country of the buyer. By placing an order with us you are confirming you are of legal age purchase wine. We may ask you for valid ID as proof of age, especially when delivering orders.
Customer Promise On Quality
If you purchase wine on our site and you are unhappy with the quality or simply do not like the wine, we will refund you for the wine that has not been opened and remains in saleable condition on its return. (See returns policy).
If your wine should not arrive in reasonable condition you should notify us as soon as possible. We will then act immediately to correct the situation, by either sending out a new case or offering a full refund.
Wine is an agricultural product and although we do our best to avoid replacing the case bottles if we had to, we will always replace like for like in terms of quality. In the event that you have ordered a Selected Case or Gift Case, we will substitute the ordered wine with a wine of similar or higher quality and price at no extra cost to you. In instances when you have ordered from our Wine List and the wine in question is six bottles or more, we will do our best to contact you and give you the choice of selecting the replacement yourself.
Storage of your own wine
All wine purchased from us will be stored in our reserves. A section will be allocated to you in order to store your personal reserve. All wine purchased from us will be stored by us immediately unless specifically requested by you that you wish to arrange the wine for delivery. Our obligations to store your wine:
- Take all reasonable measure to store the wine at optimum temperature
- To reasonable care to keep it safe and guarantee no breakages
- In the unlikely event of the total loss of any of your stored Wine, we will aim to replace that Wine. If that is not possible, we will reimburse its fair market value at the date of such loss.
- Protect the wine in storage from theft
- Keep you updated on request with how the wine has been stored
Arranging delivery of your wine from storage
You can arrange for your wine to be taken out of storage and delivered to you at any time by contacting our customer support team. It usually takes between 7 – 10 days for us to remove the wine as we take a precautionary process to protect the stored wine. Delivery is then either made directly from our temperature-controlled warehouse facility or using a specialist wine courier, the time it takes from our Wearhouse to your doorstep depends on location and will be disclosed once the delivery method is in place.
Shipment and delivery
- On receipt of your instructions to have wine delivered to you we will begin the removal process
- Delivery will be arranged with a timeframe and cost
- We will then send you an invoice for the amount payable in respect of any applicable customs, excise duty, VAT and/or delivery charges
- Once you receive the wine please notify us immediately if anything is missing or damaged.
You can pay for your wine with either Visa or Mastercard. Your credit card will be charged for the amount of your order. On your credit card statement, you will see YellowspaceBSW, Lagos as the description
Cancellation Of Orders, Returns & Refunds
You can cancel your order at any stage up to the point of dispatch at no charge. Simply contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. When contacting us, please provide us with your order number, as displayed on your order confirmation.
You are entitled to a cooling-off period of 7 working days, which begins on the day after you receive delivery of your order. During the cooling-off period, you may cancel your order for any reason. Upon cancellation, we will make the necessary arrangements to facilitate the return of the order and will reimburse you within 30 days.
You can also request a refund within 7 days. In the unfortunate case of goods being faulty or damaged in transit, Buy Selected Wine offer the choice of either a replacement or a full refund including any delivery charges incurred. Simply contact us by email.

At Buy Selected Wine we always want you to be happy with our wines and service and will endeavour to resolve any issues you may have as quickly as possible.
Our liability in any circumstances under or in connection with any sale of wines, goods, products will be limited to the purchase price paid by you for the wines. Our liability will also be limited as set out in Quality and Description.
We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses or damages including loss of subsequent contract, lost profit, lost reputation, or loss of anticipated savings.
We will not be liable to you or to any other party following the onward sale of wines by you.
Jurisdiction and applicable law
The Nigerian courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from or related to, a visit to our site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
These terms of and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Nigeria.
Modifications To Website Content
In endeavouring to improve the Site and services offered, Buy Selected Wine reserve the right at all times to make changes to the Content, including these Terms & Conditions. Prices and products are subject to change without notification. You will be subject to the policies and Terms & Conditions in place at the time of your visit to the Site.
